Good location

Not very good value. En suite had a constant bad smell from the drains, so bad sometimes you had to hold your breath. Staff are slow to act and come across as lazy.

Location was good

Toilet seat was not there, no water pressure, chickens and dogs keep you up all night!!! If you are thinking you will get agood nights sleep for tomorrows activities, you are sadly mistaken !! Way over priced for what you get!! El nido is a rip off town !

Central location good value for money.

Central location good value for money. The breakfast was humble but nice.

There is a big problem in Philippines. Noise. Roosters, street dogs, traffic. You can find all of them in this hotel :) air conditioning was noisy as well.

Staff was very friendly!

Budget double room was so close to reception so it was really loud :( also the window was not giving any light to the room as it was just connected to the kitchen. Water was really smelly. Staff very friendly though.

Slightly above average stay

Small room but clean with working shower and air con / strong fan. Good location right in the heart of the busy town. Nice staff. Water filter machine that was free for use.

Very small room, quite pricey for what you get but seemed like a theme in Palawan / Manila in general so overall not bad stay for one or a few nights.

Worst value for money ever in the Philippines

Nothing. Wouldn't complain for 1000 peso but almost 3k is a theft for what u get.

Ridiculous management. Overbooking seems usual practice. Seen other 2 couples complain the next day. Booked a deluxe double mountain view for me and my gf, 1st night in a backpacker room with 2 bunk beds. Then changed to a "deluxe" For 2.7k a night u get a depressing room without any decorations whatsoever. Room door is made of glass so u wake up 6am when the sun shines in. Window view on stairway. No water pressure in shower, no mirror in bathroom, no seat on toilet, empty soap dispenser, useless never working wifi, no tv, no fridge. Included breakfast consists of 1 fried egg or 1 pancake with cup of coffee. And of course room never cleaned in 3 nights...

Wifi not working Staff couldnt speak english so not helpfull Dirty rooms No shampoo or body wash provided I paid for a room and they gave me the wrong one No breakfast provided I almost lost my pick up for my way back to puerto princesa because of them Basically a disaster

Cliff view dorms

Clean rooms. Good aircon. Good blankets. Great view of the limestone cliffs on the 3rd floor.

The mattress had plastic over it, under the sheets. I guess to keep it clean. But when you move around at might all you hear is the plastic crunching sound. No wifi in the rooms. Only in the common area. Very weak most the times. Shower water was merky.

Friendly staff, free breakfast, wifi in common area but barely worked. Central location. Once you get over the initial shock, you will actually enjoy your stay.

Small, cramped space. No wifi in room, no cell phone network coverage in room. Rooms smell mouldy.
